Wesley Housing's Health & Wellness Plan is designed to help low-income residents at an affordable rental housing community in Fairfax, VA.
We are seeking an individual to assist with "Relaxation Hour" with a passion for helping a small group of residents learn techniques to alleviate stress and love to lead students through exercises that help improve well-being.
Commitment: August-Ongoing, Monthly or Bi-weekly for 1 hour each session. Flexible M-F, evening 6:30-7:30pm.

Wesley Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing developer operating 29 communities totaling over 2,300 affordable housing units, serving over 25,000 individuals. In addition to housing, Wesley Housing also provides services to its residents through Community Resource Centers which offer afterschool programs for youth, computer training, job skills training, ESL classes, nutrition classes and recreational programs for youth and adults.
