The role of the Leamos Assistant is to support the Program Instructor to teach illiterate/low literacy Hispanics to read, and write their native language, Spanish. The Assistant will aid the instructor with delivering verbal and written activities and exercises to students for the sole purpose of learning basic Spanish literacy. The activities are geared towards adults who have the desire to learn and utilize written and verbal language skills.
