Help us collect, sort, and pack school supplies for our annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive!

August 24 (Collection Day)

Volunteers who join us on collection day will be asked to sign up for one of two shifts: riding the bus to collect supplies or unloading the bus. Riding on the collection bus will be approximately 5 hours and volunteers will be riding on the school bus as we go to collection sites, helping move boxes and bags of school supplies from the site onto the bus. Evening shift is approximately 2 hours, volunteers will meet us at the packing location and help us to unpack the bus, moving boxes and bags from the bus into the storage space. Volunteers for Collection Day will need to dress appropriately for the weather, wear good shoes (closed-toe) and able to lift up to 30 pounds. All volunteers must wear masks. Water and snacks available all day.

August 25 (Sorting & Packing Day)

Volunteers for Sorting & Packing day will meet us at our storage location and help us to sort school supplies and pack backpacks. We ask that volunteers sign up for a 2-hour block of time (11am - 1pm, 1pm - 3pm, 3pm - 5pm). Volunteers for Sorting & Packing day will be working indoors and should be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Coffee and snacks available in the morning, water and snacks available in the afternoon. All volunteers must wear masks while inside the school building.
