Shifts include: State Fair Ambassadors, which are placed all over the fairgrounds to answer questions of our guests and to make their visit as pleasurable as possible. We are also looking for volunteers to read to the children in the State Fair Farm's reading corner. Other shifts include parking, ticketing, working in the various arts buildings, Greeting, and Parade Preparation. Our volunteer opportunities come with various incentives to show our appreciation for all of the hard work and dedication that our volunteers provide for the New Mexico State Fair.
