If you have a passion for animals and a love for the natural world, a volunteer position with the National Aquarium could be right for you!
Animal Care volunteers work behind the scenes handling insects, fish, shrimp and squid for feeding of the Aquarium’s animals; recording dietary data; cleaning habitats; and joining in on occasional special projects. Current open positions include: Animal Rescue, Marine Mammals, Aquarist, Aviculture, Herpetology, Horticulture, and general husbandry.
