American Hospice is looking for compassionate individuals to provide companionship to our terminally-ill patients in their homes. Your volunteer role can incorporate your own personal talents and hobbies. If you enjoy reading, bring your favorite book to read to a hospice patient. If you enjoy music or art, share those joys with our patients. It takes a special individual to share their time to those in need. If this opportunity sounds like something you are interested in please contact us. We are constantly looking for caring individuals looking to share their time.
Volunteers are needed in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Joaquin, Solano, and Stanislaus counties. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator to sign up for our next training class.
