At Elite Hospice, we are more than an organization of hospice professionals - we are proud members of communities across east Arkansas. Compassionate, quality service is our mission. And to us, service means getting to know our patients on a personal level.

We provide services to our patients wherever they call home, whether it be a private residence or a skilled nursing facility, throughout much of Northeast Arkansas.

We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team of companionship and respite volunteers. These team members provide support and interaction to our patients and their loved ones. Common visit activities are conversing and reminiscing, playing cards or games, watching TV, reading a book, or whatever activity the patient may enjoy. The family may leave for a short respite break while you are there, providing them with a much needed opportunity to recharge.

Volunteers DO NOT provide any hands-on care (i.e. changing an adult brief, dispensing medications, feeding a patient etc.), you only provide companionship and socialization.

NO previous hospice experience is necessary!! We provide training as well as ongoing education and support.
