Since 1987, AIDS Walk Austin has brought together thousands of people from the community to benefit 10 AIDS Service Organizations in Central Texas. Each year walkers, sponsors, and supporters join together to create awareness, fight stigma, and raise much-needed funds for HIV prevention and care services. Project Transitions has a team and is a recipient of the donations our team raises. We'd love to have you as a member of our team to raise funds, walk and volunteer.
