Surfing lessons for individuals with autism and their siblings. We are in need of volunteers to help with set up of tents(unloading the truck) Assist the kids and adults get into the water with the surf boards, board catchers, helping with activities for the kids and clean up(loading up the truck)

Mission Statement
POAC is dedicated to helping children and adults with autism achieve their fullest potential by providing quality education, support and recreation at no cost to participants. POAC provides free training for parents and educators; free recreational and support services to children and adults with autism and their families: and training for police and first responders which, we are proud to say, has saved the lives of children with autism all over New Jersey. Additionally, POAC supports ongoing quality research and promotes legislative issues that impact those with autism and their families. POAC is meeting the needs of those with autism in a very real way every day.
Description
POAC Autism Services, a nonprofit organization, is making life better for every child with autism in our state. Each year POAC provides hundreds of free events for the autism community including: free training and education for parents and educators; free recreational and support services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families: and training for police and first responders which has been life-saving for many children all over NJ.

- YOU can come out and help as long as you want. our entire event from start to finish will be from 8am-4pm... That includes set up all the way to breakdown clean up. and unload back to our offices.
- Dress appropriately for the beach. Use sunscreen. Be prepared to be on your for long periods of time. Stay hydrated.
