Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 2 people are interested

Join us the second Saturday of every month to help the environment, meet like-minded people, be active, and explore. Volunteers will remove invasive plants such as spotted knapweed and Japanese hedge parsley while becoming familiar with native summer wildflowers.

We will be meeting at the Medford Pavilion entrance on the west side of County Farm Park (NOT Platt Road). No registration or previous experience is necessary. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.

If you are part of a group that would like to attend, please let us know ahead of time so we can be prepared with enough staff and resources. Email Katie Carlisle at carlislec@washtenaw.org.
