Wanted: Volunteers for Dare2B Happier Hour fundraiser

Dare2B is heading back to the shanty towns of the Dominican Republic to continue working with the children met last year. A special evening has been organized at one of NYC’s beautiful rooftops to help raise awareness and funds for our Dare2B school ready campaign.

Dare2B will require volunteers to assist with hosting our Happier Hour Event on Friday, July 26th from 4:30pm -8:30 pm in Midtown. Positions available:

Host / Hostess (2)

* Greeting guests

* Checking-in guests

* Provide name tags for all guests

* Say goodbye to guests

*Photographers (1) * Bring your own professional camera * Capture candid formal and informal photos and videos * Bring cable to transfer all photos to Dare2B hard drives the day of the event * Provide all images,as back up to Dare2B by no later than Monday, July 29. * Raffle Spinner (2) * Recruit and engage guests * Collect cash and provide receipts which will be exchanged for raffle tickets at the raffle table * Try to get guests to spin more than once Raffle Table (2) * Exchange receipts from the Mystery Raffle Spinner Table into raffle tickets * Engage guests and sell the raffle tickets Perks included * Free cocktail * Appetizers * Great networking Event details: Date: Friday, July 26th, 2019 Time: 4:30pm - 8pm Location: High Bar, Midtown, NYC Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
