The Operations Assistant will support the Red Cross Chief Operations Officer and their team ensure the facility and fleet are well kept and functioning. Duties include assisting with event set-up/clean-up, general maintenance projects, coordinating vehicle/fleet activities, and other seasonal activities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Former facility or maintenance experience
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Minimum 2-3 hours per week of availability
For the Red Cross workforce to provide service to our clients, collect lifesaving blood products, and provide educational resources, such as CPR Classes, it is imperative that our facility and fleet are operational and meeting the needs of our staff, volunteers, and the general public. This role will ensure that the ongoing needs of the facility and fleet are planned and met on an on-going basis.
