ORGANIZATION: Tubman

Tubman has a new Food Pantry at our Chrysalis Center location in Minneapolis! We offer fresh and non-perishable foods to the people we serve. We need your help on Mondays or Wednesdays (specifically Wednesdays from 5-6:30)! Do you have a few hours to spare?

Make a positive and immediate impact by helping to organize the pantry or by assisting folks in getting the food they need!

Description

For more than 45 years, Tubman has helped people of all ages, all genders, and all cultural backgrounds struggling with relationship violence, substance abuse, mental health, and other forms of trauma. Throughout the Twin Cities, Tubman provides safe shelter, legal services, counseling, youth programming, and community education. Last year, we helped about 17,700 people in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington counties and the surrounding area, get the support and information they need to experience safety, hope, and healing.
