Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for empathetic, compassionate, and caring volunteers to visit patients on a bi-weekly basis. Our patients may be in their own homes or senior living communities. Volunteers provide a distraction from life limiting illness diagnosis.
Volunteers can play cards, watch tv, sing with, talk with, or simply hold patient's hands. A volunteers main job is to provide comfort during the most difficult stage of life. Many patients simply like to hear about YOU.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
