Who we are.
Read Better Be Better (RBBB) is a rapidly-growing Phoenix-based nonprofit solving the Arizona literacy crisis with youth leaders. Since our organization's pilot program in 2014, we have gone from serving 32 students to serving almost 4,000 students in 7 school districts and 4 Boys and Girls Club.
What we need.
RBBB's communications team needs an Instagram-focused volunteer to create and execute IG feed and stories. IG volunteer would have creative flexibility within the brand guidelines posting to IG Feed and Stories. Raw content (photos, videos, graphics content) would be provided, but the volunteer is welcome to visit RBBB program sites to collect content (provided a fingerprint clearance can be provided). No formal marketing or communications background is required, but the Marketing Communications Coordinator would need to see an online portfolio or examples of previous work.

Description
Read Better Be Better is an education nonprofit organization focused on solving Arizona's literacy crisis. We work with partnering schools throughout the state to connect young readers and youth leaders to inspire a love of literacy and learning. Since 2014, we have served thousands of Arizona students through our reading programs in over 60 schools across Maricopa County and multiple community-based organizations across throughout Arizona. Each school semester, we have expanded to serve even more kids, schools, and families. We are a mission-driven, collaborative community, and we welcome and are grateful to those seeking an opportunity to get involved.
