Mission Statement
The mission of The Huron River Watershed Council is to inspire attitudes, behaviors and economies that protect, rehabilitate and sustain the Huron River System.
Description
The Huron River Watershed Council is a coalition of Huron Valley residents, businesses and local governments established under Michigan's Local River Management Act. Services of the Council include hands-on citizen education, technical assistance in policy development and direct river protection projects.

- Qualifications: You only need to have experienced a Roundup or Stonefly Search before becoming a Leader/Collector. Teachers who want to learn collecting techniques for classroom use are welcome to join us with permission from Jason.
