Crowd Control - each event draws over 1,500 school-age children and their families. Volunteers are needed to assist families who are waiting in line prior to entering the teen center. Volunteers will be asked to assist in the following (but not limited to):
Answering questions about the outreach
Encourage families to stay in line
Assist families in completing information cards
Alert Core members of any possible concerns
The volunteer opportunity is outdoors
Videographers - Nothing tells the story of an event and its' passion better than a video. The videographer wiill capture families attending the event, as well as the Resource Fare. There are many special moments in which the founder, core members and volunteers experience during the outreach. The edited video will be posted on our website, as well as social media (2 volunteers are needed)

Description
Volunteers help unload the 20' truck
Assist with the set-up and clean-up of Teen Center
Crowd control outside & Sign-in families
Volunteers escort families through the event (selecting socks, blankets, personal hygiene products, toys, snacks and more)
Volunteers distribute the above items (there is approximately 7 stations)
