This is an opportunity to help those who have lost a loved one to suicide heal. The day is filled with healing activities as well as a 5 k walk. There is also a resource fair that has mental health resources that are available in San Diego

To support survivors of a suicide loss and to educate the community about suicide and the prevention of suicide.
Description
Survivors of Suicide Loss (SOSL) reaches out to and supports people who have lost a loved one to suicide. It is devastating and confusing to lose a spouse, a child, a sibling, a relative, a friend to suicide, and we are here to help people cope with the aftermath of such a loss.
