Responsibilities
- Transport blood from blood drives to the warehouse near Rochester
- Distribute tested blood and blood products to area hospitals
- Pick-up and return empty boxes from hospitals
- Deliver blood and other materials to and from other regional sites
- Complete required paperwork and obtain required signatures
- Communicate with Red Cross staff regarding changes and urgent issues
- Red Cross vehicles are available in Syracuse. Option to use own vehicle and mileage reimbursement available.
