Seeking a detail oriented individual to assist with the logistics for WEOP's annual event to celebrate "Women's Small Business Month" scheduled for Oct 17 - 18, 2019. WEOP is in the process of planning a two day business forum and leadership conference for professional and business minded women. Seeking a creative individual passionate about working with a non profit women's organization. This is an ideal situation for an event planning professional that loves working on the fine details of putting together an event. You will work directly with the Director to make sure the event runs smoothly and all details are solid. Over the next few months, we will be confirming speakers, hotel reservations for out of town guests, soliciting items for gifts bags, preparing the program book, promoting and marketing the event and the list goes on and on. We would like for you to come to the WEOP office, one day a week for about 3 - 4 hours to keep on top of the details. We can be flexible with your schedule, if you can commit to the one day a week.
