Project Description: Under the supervision of the Yolo County Archives and Records Center Coordinator, the volunteers will gain hands-on experience processing a preserving a large collection of the Board of Supervisor's materials as a part of a Preservation Assistance Grant for Smaller Institutions from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The Volunteer team will work to process and rehouse Board of Supervisor meeting minutes, agendas, and back-up documents and create folder lists.
Duration: Volunteers should expect to work a total of 3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of one year (grant period).
Start Date: Week of August, 5th.
This project may be completed for college credit if approved by your program.

Deadline to apply is June 28, 2019.
