Older adults (50+) needed to tutor children in grades K-4 in Pittsburgh Public, Woodland Hills, Wilkinsburg, Duquesne City, McKeesport Area and Environmental Charter School for only 35-45 minutes a week during the school year. You can make a difference in the life of a child. 2 day training sessions on : 8/18 and 8/19 and 8/24 & 8/26 at the Oasis Office, 411 Seventh Avenue, Suite 525, downtown Pittsburgh. All materials, clearances and training are free. Registration is required.

Literacy Pittsburgh has been providing a wide range of educational programs to adults and families throughout Allegheny County for 30 years. Now also including Beaver County, we serve our students and volunteers through regional neighborhood offices, our Beaver County office, and our Pittsburgh Downtown Center.
