Women Improving Science and Engineering (WISE) is a collaboration among local businesses, schools and other related organizations created to promote women in science and engineering disciplines in rural Appalachia.

Our goal is to connect local female professionals in these fields with each other and with the next generation through a variety of networking opportunities, educational/professional development programs, and community service projects.
