Do you enjoy gardening or have an interest in learning? Would you like to help provide fresh local food to low-income families? We are looking for volunteers to help us harvest, tend the gardens, and help out at farmer markets. Our gardens are in Dorchester and Roxbury, and our markets / farm stands are in Brighton and Cambridge.
We have additional opportunities to support our overall operations including grant writing, community engagement, social media, and donor management.
We are very flexible and can work with your schedule.
The garden schedule is mainly on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Farmer's markets are on Tuesday - Thursday.
