Interested in giving back to others and making a difference in the community? Looking to gain experience and build relationships with others? BAYADA Hospice offers rewarding opportunities to provide comfort, independence, and dignity to patients and their families coping with the end-of- life. Volunteer opportunities are included but not limited to:
- Being a friend to patients through companionship and conversation
- Respite care for family caregivers
- Routine errands
- Bereavement correspondence

Description
BAYADA Hospice in Jamison, PA provides nurses, physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides that specialize in hospice care. We collaborate with primary care physicians to help our patients remain comfortable at end-of-life and act as expert resources to the local medical community. We also work closely with the We Honor Veterans program and have obtained the highest level in that program.
