Description:
Volunteer guest speakers engage participants by sharing empowerment information about their career/personal journey to inspire girls to elevate to their full potential. Speakers can also teach activities such as sewing, cooking, painting, music, and step amongst other skills that allows girls to explore creative ways to cope with challenges and learn something new. Criteria:
Seeking individuals who have a passion, experience, or interest in motivational speaking or hosting activity classes. All applicants must complete STAR Girlz volunteer application and pass a background check through CBI. Email: empowerme@stargirlzempower.org . for an application or pick up an application at our Denver or Aurora location.

Star Girlz Empowerment trauma focused curriculum is design to develop positive self-esteem, sisterhood,promote healing, inspire pursuit of higher education, navigate through difficult circumstances, and elevate participants to their full potential.
