OMG, the Best STEP Ever ... Summer Tutorial & Enrichment Program (STEP) is built into PIMOSH Summer Intensive Arts Education & Technology Institute (New Haven). Students meet with tutor/mentors twice weekly on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday for 30 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on the student and the subject for which they need supplemental and/or tutorial services.
We are looking for a few caring adults who can assist with the many students enrolled in summer programming presenting with a "C" or lower on their report card for individual 1:1 tutorial and mentoring. Some students need more than others, but they all need a caring individual who can help motivate them to take responsibility for their own education and ultimately their future.
Students enrolled in the STEP program are mostly urban inner-city children in desperate need of academic support. You will be providing a valuable service to the most vulnerable population out there = Our Children.

Passion Driven hosts the Women's Health and Fitness Day event held every March in Charlotte, NC. We address women's health concerns through guest speakers, a fun walk and fitness activites for all levels. Our goal is to show women how to live healthy lifestyle regardless of thier level of fitness and how to have fun doing it.
The Women's Health and Fitness Day event is free to the community.

- Must be at least 16
- Tutor/Mentors will report to Ross Woodward Classical Studies 2 days per week for 3 - 6 hours, depending on your availability and schedule.
- If you are a high school and/or college student, you will need to share your recent grade report in order to tutor high-schoolers and adults.
