During these uncertain times, how can we help?

Help At Your Door, a nonprofit serving seniors and individuals with disabilities, is in need of volunteer drivers throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Many of our regular drivers are seniors themselves, and have had to step back from providing rides during the pandemic for their own health and safety.
Drive as little as two times per month or as often as you’d like, using your own vehicle. You choose the rides based on your own schedule and geographic area. Drivers in the St Paul area are currently in high need. Rides are given on weekdays only, typically between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Enjoy the companionship of seniors and the knowledge that you are providing an essential service for those who cannot get around on their own.
We offer flexible scheduling, social interaction with a welcoming volunteer community, and most of all, hands-on activities that help the aging population and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and continue living in their homes.
One-to-one or virtual training options are available.
