Our South Dallas are patients need YOU! Become a patient companion volunteer and provide companionship, active listening, reading or other similar activities with assigned patient(s). This is a very rewarding opportunity to help support our patients and their families at this juncture of their life journey.
Requirement: A commitment to visit assigned patient(s) a minimum of 2-4 times per month. You choose how many patients you can take on and the location of those patients.
Training provided at no cost to the volunteer.

Silverado Hospice goal is to maximize the quality of life through exceptional care and unmatched service. We provide world class care for all terminal diagnoses, 24 hour customer care support, unique programs (Memory Catchers and Essential Oils), as well as pre-bereavement and 13 month post-bereavement support. We go to wherever the patient calls "HOME" serving the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Area without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability (physical or mental), communicable disease, or place of national origin.
