We are offering Volunteer opportunities to work with the community. The hours are flexible, and evening, daytime and weekend opportunities are available, with both indirect and direct time with patients and families, depending on your interests and availability. Our patients are eager to have friends to play cards, talk to, listen to music, do crafts, read to, and laugh with. No two patients are the same.

Hospice is not a destination but rather a community that assists in the end of life care of those ready to prepare. Talk to us more about what Hospice really means, and how we as a community can debunk the false stigma and help others.

We are specifically looking for people who want to spend time with our patients. A lot of them are lonely, and just looking for someone to come by and talk, watch TV, or play a game with them. There is nothing better than spending time with someone who just wants some company.

• When you visit is up to you, but we recommend that you visit at least once a week. This will allow you to get to know the person you are visiting, and it will make a great impact on them.
• We have patients all over the city, so don't worry about having to drive too far. I will work with you, and find someone near you.
