Lead historic cemetery tours on select evenings in October!
Volunteers are needed to lead cemetery tours this October as part of a fundraiser for Manatee Village Historical Park. Volunteer docents will be dressed in historical costume and use a script to share the lives and impact of those interred and tombstone design of the 1850's burying grounds. This is not a theatrical presentation and docent experience is not required. Interested volunteers will need to attend training on Thursday, July 11 from 6pm-7pm at Manatee Village Historical Park. Additional practices will be scheduled with individual volunteers.
