We have the opportunity to serve children 18 and younger FREE breakfast and lunch Monday- Friday of each week. There are also activities in between including fitness, arts & crafts, gardening and more .
We need volunteers to cover one of the following four shifts:
9:45 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Serving breakfast to the children including meal prep and cleanup
11 a.m. to Noon - Helping the activity leader or leading an activity with the children (could be indoors and outdoors)
Noon to 1 p.m. - Leading an activity with the children (could be indoors and outdoors)
1 - 2:15 p.m. - Serving lunch to the children including meal prep and cleanup

Description
Boone Tabernacle has been in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri for more than 70 years. Strategically located in the downtown area, Boone provides enrichment programs to community members including our annual Labor Day Sunday Festival, Summer Feeding Program, Children’s Church and Pure Youth Ministry for teens, prison ministry, the annual Christmas Gospel Jazz Concert, continued land acquisition and community partnerships with area universities and health institutes.
