Green thumbs work may include:
- Weeding flower beds and boulevard areas
- Trimming shrubs and trees
- Cutting back tall grasses
- Mulching
- Trash pickup along the sidewalk

Mission Statement
The mission of the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery is to end child abuse and neglect and create strong and healthy families.
Description
The Crisis Nursery provides voluntary, parent-initiated overnight residential care for children newborn through age six. Children can stay at the Crisis Nursery for up to 72-hours while their parent/guardian(s) work to alleviate their crisis. Additional services offered include a 24-hour crisis helpline and home visiting/mental health support.
