His Way recovery Center is a 6-month residential drug and alcohol recovery center for men. Our society is fighting the war against addiction, and we can use your help. His Way is seeking volunteers to assist with preparing breakfast. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and has a heart for people. The His Way kitchen assistant will assist in preparing breakfast each weekday morning. The responsibilities include assisting the breakfast cook in preparing the meal and in after-meal cleanup and ensuring the leftover food is properly stored. The applicant must be able to respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information. All volunteers will undergo a background check and training. We are in need of filling the following time slots: Monday through Friday 4:00AM - 8:00AM.

His Way is a Christ-centered recovery program for men. We seek to reclaim men from a life of addiction, rebuild them in spiritual sobriety in Christ, and restore them to productive, Christ-like service in society. Our program is open to men from all faiths, races, and backgrounds.
Description
His Way is a 6-month residential recovery program to help men overcome drug and alcohol addiction. Residents participate in a challenging and comprehensive program that includes classes and independent assignments; individual and family counseling; spiritual support and devotionals; volunteer and paid work; financial counseling; and legal assistance. Residents receive increasing independence and leadership responsibilities as they progress through the phases of the program. Our goal at His Way is not only to help the men in our program, but also to lift entire families, communities, and even future generations from the bondage of addiction.
