Recruit and retain interested students through engagement efforts for our program by:
1. Develop a supportive and trusting relationship with students to identify the specific issues within Youth Violence in their school and community
2. Facilitate once a week meetings with S.A.V.E. (Students Against Violence Everywhere) members and implement initiatives
3. Work with students to establish academic and career goals as well as develop life plans
4. Document all interactions in designated electronic record
5. Attend bi-monthly meetings to provide the group with updates
