ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Tennessee Region

The volunteer medical screener will assist blood donors through the collection process by determining procedure eligibilities and conduct physical exams. Volunteer screener will approve or defer for health concerns. Must attend Red Cross training and assist with two mobile blood drives per month.

If you enjoy working with the public and had a positive experience donating blood we encourage you to apply. Or if you are a retired medical professional we encourage you to apply. Students are also encouraged to apply when school break applies. Great for online students.

Training-two weeks consecutive days, Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, plus 3 days on the job training.
