Want to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Volunteer for the Arkansas Crisis Center at their first annual Battle of the Bands at The Grove on September 14th from 12-6! We restore hope, empower people and save lives through suicide awareness and crisis intervention services for those experiencing crisis in Arkansas.
Description
The Arkansas Crisis Center is a leader in Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention. Our Crisis Hotline, and Crisis Chat services are operated by highly trained volunteers. The ACC provides a training program specific to the needs of the Center, that meet National Accreditation Standards. The ACC holds partnerships with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Contact USA. The ACC Hotline and Onlife Chat serves all 75 counties in the great State of Arkansas. The ACC believes that listening to those in Crisis is a valuable rescorse that helps each individual caller to the Hotline or visistor to Crisis Chat.
