Do you want to volunteer for a great cause? CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada has been providing life-changing medical resources to Northern Nevadans in need for nearly 30 years. Join us by volunteering at Bacon, Bourbon, & Brews benefiting CARE Chest on Friday, August 2, 2019. Your valuable time goes to raise money so that CARE Chest can continue to provide vital services in our community to our friends and neighbors in need. We have opportunities for set-up between 8 am-10 am, 10 am-noon, 2pm- 4pm, 4pm- 8pm, and clean-up from 8 pm-10 pm. If you volunteer for any shift, you will receive an event t-shirt. The clean-up shift can arrive at 7:30 pm to enjoy some of the festivities before the event ends and clean-up begins. Please contact us to secure your spot today!

Description
Providing free medical equipment ( wheelchairs, walkers, canes, shower chairs etc.), diabetic supplies ( glucometers, test strips etc.) respiratory supplies ( nebulizers, respiartory prescriptions etc.), nutritional supplements ( Instant breakfast, Nutren), medical supplies ( wound care, ostomy etc.) and emergency prescriptions for individuals of all ages in need of medical resources.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21
- time shifts are in intervals of 2 hours. from 8 am-10 am(set up), 10 am-noon and clean up (tear down) from 8 pm - 10 pm (this shift may arrive at 7:30 and enjoy some of the festivities before the end of the event)
- Please be advised you must be over 21 years of age to be part of the clean up crew as alcohol is being served. We will be carding anyone that looks under the age of 40. No exceptions.
