Looking for an energetic individual who has some knowledge and experience with teaching group exercise to seniors in a Assisted Living Facility. Goal is to motivate and encourage residents to engage in activity and also have fun while doing it. The length of the program should be about 45 min to 1 hour and the residents will be seated in chairs. Looking for a volunteer 1-2x per week at 10:30.
