Transformation Ministries exists to build a movement of mission-empowering relationships by: -deepening and developing pastors as spiritual leaders -coaching and networking churches toward greater health and missional vitality -supporting and initiating viable church planting partnerships.

Description

Transformation Ministries (TM) was formed as a covenanting Association of Churches in 2006 with a common mission. That mission in its simplest form would be: More Healthy Churches, More Changed Lives. It is our core conviction that the local church is God’s Plan A for the Gospel to reach the world and there is no Plan B. TM was officially formed in 2006 from a group of congregations which were formally part of the American Baptist Churches of the Pacific Southwest. That group simplified, focused and organized around our commitment to the local church and the leaders whom God has gifted and called to lead. Today we are some 200 congregations in thirteen (13) states and Northern Mexico (Tijuana), along with four (4) highly effective camps and conference centers.

We are diverse in size, location and ethnicity. TM is committed to provide exceptional leadership training and equipping in a highly relational culture.
