We love connecting with our leaders and churches, and it's wonderful that our organization keeps growing, but now there are over 200 churches and even more leaders in our network with an ever-changing database versus our small staff of 2-3 which is why we need a "Data Investigator!"
The opportunity:
It's imperative that the information for our churches and leaders be up-to-date and that the information that we send out is actually getting to the correct email or mailing address so that our small staff can focus on what really matters which is ministering to the pastors and leaders of our churches.
With that being said, we're looking for 1-2 Data Investigators who can divide and conquer our database to verify or hunt down correct information for our churches and leaders.
This is a quarterly opportunity, the project can be performed in our offices or anywhere with computer/internet access and mobile phone.

Description
Transformation Ministries (TM) was formed as a covenanting Association of Churches in 2006 with a common mission. That mission in its simplest form would be: More Healthy Churches, More Changed Lives. It is our core conviction that the local church is God’s Plan A for the Gospel to reach the world and there is no Plan B. TM was officially formed in 2006 from a group of congregations which were formally part of the American Baptist Churches of the Pacific Southwest. That group simplified, focused and organized around our commitment to the local church and the leaders whom God has gifted and called to lead. Today we are some 200 congregations in thirteen (13) states and Northern Mexico (Tijuana), along with four (4) highly effective camps and conference centers.
We are diverse in size, location and ethnicity. TM is committed to provide exceptional leadership training and equipping in a highly relational culture.
