Logistics Crew Assistants needed for AS USA Jr. Nationals. Volunteers will paint the field for track events. Judges and officials from Adaptive Sports USA will provide guidance. No experience needed.

Adaptive Sports USA founded in 1956 is a national leader in promoting active, healthy lifestyles for youth & adults with a disability. The organization is a gateway to sanctioned regional & national competitions & provides access to global opportunities for its members through its role as the only U.S. member of the international wheelchair & Amputee Sports Federation.

The Junior National Championships is a week-long event for athletes with a disability (ages of 9 - 22 years old). It is being held in the Twin Cities for the first time. Competition includes: Para triathlon, Archery, Track, Field, Powerlifting, and Swimming.

There are many different volunteer roles throughout the week including sport specific and non-sporting roles (greeters, lunch supervisors, logistics set up/tear down etc.). The schedule includes indoor, outdoor, weekend and weekday shifts. Volunteers receive a tee shirt to wear at the event. After registering volunteers will receive more details about where to go and what to bring.
