Do you have a passion for dogs and photography?

Puppy Haven Rescue, a non-profit that rescues all breeds and ages of dogs, is looking for a full-time photographer* to come every Saturday to our adoption event for 1-2 hours to take photos of our new puppies and dogs. Our events are usually from 12-4.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO

Bring your camera, take photos of the dogs (we will supply backdrops, props, treats, and volunteers to help hold the dogs) and take a bunch of photos that showcase our pups personalties! Since a good photo is often the thing that gets a dog their forever home, we need the photos edited by the following Tuesday morning at the latest.

This will be a longer commitment, but is fantastic for those who are passionate about animal rescue. It would also be great for someone looking to gain photography and editing experience in college.

*You must have a professional camera and some experience taking and editing photos. But if you have the passion and patience, we are willing to work with you as you improve your skills. We are also willing to write letters of recommendation, provided a good amount of service hours are completed.
