Hello! I am the new activities director at Prairie Home Assisted Living, located in Menasha, Wisconsin. I facilitate all of the games, activities and crafts, along with morning exercising. I am in need of one or more voluntary helpers who love to make people smile. If you are energetic, self motivated and love to make a positive difference, I would love to hear from you! The games and activities are really simple. I would basically need people to help move games, pieces, parts, etc. in front of each player as most our residents are handicap and use a wheelchair. For instance, "Bean Bucket Toss" would require moving the points buckets in front of each wheelchair as each person's turn arises. - The commitment would involve time and days between my weekly schedule. I'm there Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM typically. You can help as little or as much as you'd like. Children are welcome as long as a parents or guardian is present.
