Wings for Success is seeking a volunteer CPA to assist our current Treasurer. This position may lead to a Board of Directors appointment in the future.

With guidance from our Treasurer, you may be responsible for timely bill payment, tracking expenses, bank balances and statements, negotiating CAMs, setting budgets and as well as submitting monthly financial records to our accounting firm and reporting to the board and staff at monthly meetings. Must be willing and able to stay on top of ever-changing regulations and laws in the non-profit industry.

Wings for Success is a Chester County based 501c3, providing apparel, advice and advocacy to women in need who are seeking employment, advancement or otherwise unable to obtain the appropriate apparel necessary to sustain current employment. Through workshops and in partnership with other community organizations, we offer employment advice and advocacy.

Number of Clients Served 2018: 750+

Number of Women Served since 1997: 12,000

Budget: $400,000

Board or Directors: President, Secretary, Treasurer and 9 General Members

Employees: Full-time Executive Director and 3 Part-time employees

Volunteers: 120 annually donate 10,000+ hours

Locations: Frazer and Kennett Square
