Publix stores around the area gather for a night of bowling fun! Bowlers are encouraged to raise $50 on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association to bowl for their store and have the chance to gather lane sponsors from local businesses to contribute to the overall fundraising goal. The event will require a volunteer to help with collecting money, letting bowlers know which lane they'll be in, giving away contest prizes, taking photos of each store, and cheering on bowlers.

Volunteer duties:

• Arrive 1 hour before bowl time
• Assist with registration and bowl set up
• Move tables and hang banners or decorations as needed
• Assist with registration and bowler check in
• Count money, assign lanes to teams, ensure all bowlers sign waivers, keep track of incentives earned and owed
• Take pictures and visit all teams during bowling
• Hand out all earned incentives to teams
• Assist with announcements (scripted by MDA staff) during bowl
• Run contests and ensure prizes are awarded during bowl
• Assist with event clean up and packing remaining incentives
