Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is looking for Guest Services volunteers! These volunteers are the "face" of the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village, and thus are critical to the visitor experience of all guests. As the ambassador to the public, these volunteers should greet each visitor in a friendly, positive, and engaging manner, and be able to speak about our institution, programs, and exhibits.
Guest Services volunteers are also the main receptionist for the museum, and are responsible for handling sales transactions, as well as assisting in the museum store and with administrative work.
Guest Services volunteers are needed for a 3-hour shift from 1 PM - 4 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays. Thursday shifts are from 1 PM - 4 PM, or 4 PM - 7 PM. Saturday shifts are from 10 AM - 1 PM, or 1 PM - 4 PM.
