The Fargo VA Health Care System is looking to recruit friendly, energetic, and outgoing individuals to help Veterans and their caregivers in the role of Greeter/Check-In Assistant. In this position you will have the opportunity to honor and serve Veterans by supporting patients and laboratory staff at the Fargo VA. Some of the your duties will include:
Greeting Veterans waiting for laboratory draws and assisting them with the kiosk check-in process, communicating the check-in process to Veterans, helping to maintain order in the waiting room, providing directions to Veterans, and providing transport to Veterans after laboratory appointments.
There is a red-vest uniform requirement (vest provided by VA) for this position.
