ORGANIZATION: Interfaith Community Services

Help the healing begin -- whether you are transporting (in our vehicle) homeless veterans and civilians when they are released from local medical centers (VA Hospital in La Jolla, Palomar Medical Center, Tri-City Medical Center) to recuperate from a serious illness or injury at the Hawthorne Veteran and Family Resource Center or delivering them to medical and other appointments, you are NEEDED (and WANTED)!

Be a driver and be the first face of Interfaith, the first face of hope, the first example of care for them as they build their strength!

Your services represent a positive point in the recovery process for our local vets and others facing unimaginable challenges.
  • Weekday Shifts Available: Thursday; Friday
