EMPOWER! INSPIRE! CONNECT!
Volunteers are needed for the upcoming Tucson Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis Walk. We thank you for considering this service opportunity that will bring hope to up to 3.1 million children and adults currently fighting Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis; 70,000 in Arizona alone. Because of you, we find better treatments; because of you, we will find cures.
MISSION: The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is dedicated to finding cures and improving the quality of life of children and adults living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. These are medically incurable diseases that attack the digestive system, leaving patients to face a lifetime of failed treatments, imperfect surgeries and isolation due to the nature of their diseases.
EVENT: The Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis Walk is the nation’s only fundraising event to raise funds to fuel vital research and patient services for these patients. This event is our opportunity to EMPOWER the community with education, INSPIRE action and CONNECT patients to cures. It is only through the incredible support of friends like you that we are able to do this.
